End of Year Order Cut-offs Dates
Between December 23rd 2025 - January 5th 2026 online orders may take longer to process due to public holidays and temporary warehouse closures.
Product Cut-offs
- NSW: Friday 18th Dec
- QLD & VIC, SA: Tuesday 16th Dec
- WA, TAS, NT: 9th December
Allow additional time for items being sent outside metro areas. Note: Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed and may be affected by Australia Post delivery times and potential delays.
Any product orders placed after 3 pm on December 22nd will be processed during the week beginning 5th of January 2026.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Australia - Standard Delivery
Spend $100 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 7 business days.
Australia - Express Delivery
Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at contact@injectablesskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where frank is at all times.
