RETURNS & REFUND

 

 

At Injectables Skin Care we work hard to ensure that you’re using the best products for skin. However, we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email contact@injectablesskincare.com your order number and the reason for your return request. If your request is approved we will email you a returns number which should be entered on the outside of your package. 

To return your products, they should be securely packaged and shipped back to us at the following address. (Shipping must be paid by the purchaser)

When returning product we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post, and use the registered mail service for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise approved for return or exchange by Injectables Skin Care and received by our office can be credited or exchanged. All items requiring a refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for Injectables Skin Care product purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased on www.injectablesskincare.com may be returned for refund/exchange.

In the rare event you experience an adverse reaction from one of our products, please stop use immediately, take a photo of the affected area before reaching out to our customer service team at contact@injectablesskincare.com so that we can advise the next steps and can facilitate a replacement or refund for you.
